Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supervising the creative design works, including brand visual identification system design, graphic application design, package design, display design, able to handle the whole process of the design project alone.
2. Lead the design team and inspire the team’s passion for design.
3. Follow up and supervise the project and responsible for quality control of the project.
4. Assist with market promotion like communicating with the clients on design and maintain service in the later stage of the project.
5. Build and develop the design team.

 

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, majored in graphic design or advertisement design, good art basics, got passion to design and skilled in graphic design.
2. Over five years’ experience in graphic design, package design, experience in publication design is preferred.
3. Responsible for graphic design, package design, publication design, visual identification system design, print ads and so on.
4. Good design and expressive ability, good art basics, able to design and finish the project and present your creative ideas with eye-catching pictures. 
5. Good comprehensive ability and perception, good communication ability, able to meet the requirements of the clients.
6. Dedicated, willing to learn, teamwork, customer comes first.
7. Leadership, coordination ability, able to lead the design team to finish the project alone.
