Detail Introduction:

Responsibilities:

1. Draw up brand strategy, make medium-to-long term brand development planning, make sure strategy.
2. Build up core value system of the brand, improve brand management system and processes.
3. Build effective brand management system, build effective analysis and assessment system.
4. Carry out brand promotion and development strategies, build up effective analysis and assessment system, ensure the brand building and promotion go well.
5. Make brand spread plans, build an assessment system based on former.
6. Communicate and coordinate with the clients, develop and contact with partners.
7. Do some research for company management and promotion. Develop promotional channels (media, industry associations, commonweal organizations, partners of other industries, etc.)
8. Make and carry out event planning for brand promotion, advertising, campaign, public activities, etc.
9. Assist in making and draw up development strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Female or male, majored in Advertising, News, Chinese, Media, Marketing preferred. Bachelor degree or above preferred.
2. Over three years’ experience in supervising brand promotion or related position. Rich experience of brand promotional campaigns or have successful cases.
3. Well-connected, logical
4. Creative and passionate, teamwork, good language expression, put forward proposals.
5. Good management ability, good communication, organization and coordination skills.
6. Familiar with processes and operation of media, build long-term stable cooperation.
7. Able to design plans and strategies and to deal with the media and develop clients alone.
8. Knowledge and understanding of cultural and cartoon industries preferred.
